Cruz Merreces gives a warm welcome to the few tourists who venture into this small village, accessible only by the sea. She also prepares a fabulous "ponche crema" for which she gave us the recipe: 1 liter of rum, 3 concentrated milk pots, 6 eggs, a little vanilla and a zest of lemon. You will tell me some news.
