The only real option for the city. Ruth's international and Creole cuisine is supposedly appreciated by natives, the rest is splendid. We found a good but not amazing kitchen. Ruth's mother competed in Miss Venezuela's election a few years ago: always beautiful, she prepares delicious chocolate desserts.
