Nestled in the valley, at the confluence of the Orbiquet and the Cressonnière, south-east of Lisieux, it is beautiful landscapes and pretty farms to discover. In the heart of this green valley: La Ferme des Roches. To access it, you need to be able to sneak into the paths of the back country. As much as it can be seen as a stop imposed in the tourist circuits… Joël Most manufactures its raw, highly fruity peasant cider - since 1987 with varieties of local apples that it itself has grafted: Bisquet, Rimbault, Putting, St. Martin, Small kind, Cow's skin, windmill… Names of poetry… No legend or label on this custom production that really deserves a stop. Small frustration for groups and buses, will you say. But you can always enjoy a walking or digestive walk. The efforts will be rewarded, the best and most appreciated tasting, is offered by the owner who will be happy to deliver you some home secrets.
