CACHAPAS DOÑA INES

In the middle of the Viveros nurseries and Portuguese fruit and vegetable merchants, this little restaurant is an institution for the inhabitants of the area.

We come here for the pig sandwich (50 Bs. F the big) and the pork ribs to Portuguese (olive oil, lemon and rosemary). Cachapa for corn lovers is developed with little flour and many maize, well-packed with cheese, ham or mixed. To accompany: natural fruit juice or conventional gas; strawberry strawberry strawberries.
