The first thing you notice about this kiosk is its visual appeal. Mochis of every color and taste taunt us in the window. The demonstration mochis are cut in half, allowing you to see inside. They revisit classics (strawberry or chocolate cheesecake) or original recipes with Asian flavors (black sesame, red bean, tofu, oolong tea, matcha, taro...). Take your pick and surprise your taste buds, as much by the taste as by the gooey texture.
