DARSENA
It's an Alicante classic with a menu of rice-based specialties, the "raison d'être" of the house. These include arroz a banda, paella alicantina and the lesser-known but equally delicious arroz con pato (duck) and arroz con salmonete (red mullet). Fish and shellfish are not forgotten either, and are sourced daily from the nearest fish markets. All this is enjoyed in a pleasant marine setting, with beautiful views from the dining room. The two menus allow you to discover the house specialties. Efficient service.
