It will be declined in arroz a banda, paella alicantina and, less known, but equally delicious, arroz con pato(duck) and arroz con salmonete (red mullet). The fish and shellfish are not forgotten and come daily from the nearest fish markets. All this is enjoyed in a pleasant marine setting with beautiful views from the room. There is also a tapeo menu for 2 people in the evening. Efficient service.
