Four decades ago, this winery was one of the pioneers in the production of Cava in the Requena region. The vineyard has two appellations: DO Cava and DO Utiel-Requena. It is located 70 km west of Valencia, with an altitude of up to 900 meters. The freshness and the maritime influence offer energetic and lively wines. Cava Numero 1 is the first organic cava in their range. Made from the Macabeo grape variety, the elegance of its fruity flavors and fine bubbles are a tribute to Spanish sparkling wine.
