In 1979, the history of this ancient horchatería began with the opening of the historic Daniel Horchatería in Alboraia near Valencia. Located in the property named avenue de Horchata, which does not receive any less famous characters than Rafael Alberti. If you can still taste it in the historic house, since 2013 you can also do it at the Colón market, in a shop held by the third generation of Tortaja. Apart from the whole range of horchatas, you will be able to test the great creation of the house, the "Tiramisú de horchata".
