Rural hotel with an excellent restaurant of traditional Catalan cuisine and a wine cellar in a historical setting in Tortosa.

Housed in an old oil mill dating from the early 18th century, this rural hotel was completely renovated in 1995. Decorated with great charm, the rooms are large and relaxing. The hotel also has an excellent restaurant serving traditional Catalan cuisine and an impressive wine cellar. "Panxampla" is the nickname given to Joan Pujol Fontanet, a bandit famous for having survived three years as a fugitive in the mountains of the natural park, the "Billy the Kid" of the region!
