Open since 2014 in the heart of the old town, el Vergel is a quality vegetarian and vegan option that will appeal to anyone. The service room is composed of two spaces with light walls and high ceilings, creating a pleasant feeling of space to which is added that of relaxation, thanks to the finely chosen soft music. On the plate, two menus (main course and dessert or starter, main course and dessert) giving the choice between several organic proposals without meat, fish, eggs, milk or honey. Service full of sweetness. A beautiful discovery!
