Cooperative cellar with a modernist style, the brainchild of the architect Pere Domènech i Roure

This cooperative winery, built in 1914, is located about fifteen minutes northeast of Montblanc, in the small village of Sarral (www.sarral.altanet.org). Like many others in the region, it has a decidedly modernist style, the brainchild of the famous architect Pere Domènech i Roure. We recommend a visit to the interior (the rounded volumes are a real sight for sore eyes), which is much more impressive than the exterior. We will also enjoy the beautiful landscapes of Sarral.
