Reservé en este hotel por una app, porque veníamos de una reunión con mi novia, hice el pago y todo perfecto, cuando llegamos el chico que hace el turno de noche tremendamente maleducado estaba como de mal humor, no nos dejó hacer chekin porque mi novia no traía su documento físico más si en digital, eso nunca nos había pasado en la vida, tuvimos que pedir un taxi a esa hora para ir a buscar su documento a así no perder el dinero, al fin logramos entrar y valla sorpresa dos camas diminutas juntas, porq diablos no sólo una cama grande y ya???, sin más pasamos la noche pero la verdad malisima esta experiencia

Hotel sin aire acondicionado. La alternativa era abrir la ventana o nos prestaban un ventilador. Con la ventana cerrada se oía la calle y con la ventana abierta era insoportable el ruido.
Nada más entrar hacia un olor a cebolla insoportable.
La habitación no estaba montada del todo y nos tocó pedir almohadas que por cierto eran muy incómodas. En conclusión, poco recomendable y para no volver nunca.
Lo único que se salva es el personal.

Wonderful hotel experience! The staffs are too friendly and kind... Everything was too smoothly handled and no delays in getting things done! Keep up the good work all...!

Only thing I found a bit annoying was my room card was getting deactivated multiple times! And also can a bit of a variety to breakfast menu after every week.
