Maanden geleden geboekt en betaald, gewoon gecanceled omdat ze voor een betere prijs aan iemand anders de kamers hebben aangeboden. Waardeloze mensen! Blijkt ook uit andere recensies, prijs tussentijds verhogen etc.

+++ ATENCIÓN TRATO NEFASTO))))) ....llamamos en SEPTIEMBRE para reservar este fin de semana, nos CONFIRMAN la habitación a 175€ las dos NOCHES y hoy cuando llamo para cerciorarnos de la reserva nos dicen que el precio a SUBIDO a 303€ o sea 130€ más. El Director se niega a hablar conmigo porque según la interlocutora Srta Marta "NO SE ENCARGA DE ESTAS COSAS" (para que se encarga un DIRECTOR???) por si FUERA POCO ninguna DISCULPA por su parte y me "AMENAZA CON DENUNCIAR SI COMENTO ESTE HECHO EN REDES SOCIALES". Siendo recomendado por unos amigos inicialmente y habiendo estado alojados en otras ocasiones no podemos entender semejante TRATO y DESPROPÓSITO, evidentemente nosotros no VOLVEMOS))))

Excelente atención . La habitación bien y todo muy limpio. La ubicación es inmejorable. Sitio privilegiado y tranquilo.
