Je souhaite souligner spécialement la gentillesse et le professionnalisme de Nuria qui nous a écouté et aidé alors que nous avions fait l’objet d’un vol de tous nos papiers . Elle a donné à ce moment d’angoisse une dimension humaine . Un grand grand merci
Desitgem donar les gràcies especialment a la Núria . Ens havien robat tota la nostra documentació i havíem de fer unes fotocòpies ( acció impossible el dissabte al mati en Girona ) . La Núria no va dubtar i ens va ajudar - més que les fotocòpies li volem donar les gràcies per la seva gentilesa i atenció . Ella va donar una dimensió humana a aquesta situació .

Hem passat la nit.
Veniem de fer ruta amb bici.
En el centre neuràlgic,amb restaurants només sortir de l'alberg.

So cool, the guy who welcomed us was pretty kind and smily, it was about 14.22/pers for a room with keys.

Terrible experience! I went to Girona for a week to study. The rooms are disgusting, you sleep on a sponge, the bathrooms are dirty, the pipes under the sink are leaking, there is no hot water in the bathrooms and there are no towels. All this wouldn't have been a problem if things hadn't disappeared from my room. After spending the whole day outside, I returned to my room to realize that my bag was missing and that the cleaning lady was in the room because the trash had been thrown away. I went to the reception to report it missing, but the staff could not speak English. It is a shame that in the 21st century, a person who does not know the basics of English works at the reception desk of the hostel. Using google translator, the receptionist figured out what it was about and wrote it down on a piece of paper. Nothing was done about it. Think twice if you plan to stay here. And if you do decide to stay here, be careful with your things because they disappear

Un alberg situat al centre històric de la ciutat de girona. Petit, pràctic, es menja molt bé i amb una atenció excel·lent.

Super auberge de jeunesse ! Le personnel y est très agréable et très serviable. La situation de cette auberge, en plein coeur de la vieille ville, est fantastique ! On peut aller partout à pied.
