Ideally located in front of Panfilov Park, this hotel keeps a Soviet hue and offers rooms with a mixed quality/price ratio. Unfortunately, they are noisy, mainly because of the obsolescence of most air conditioning systems. The bathrooms are not very spacious but most of them are still equipped with a bathtub. Breakfast has the merit of existing and being generous but will not leave you with an unforgettable memory. In short, it will be interesting especially if you can negotiate prices, which is relatively easy at the reception. There is also a small travel and car rental agency in the reception hall, which can facilitate the process of purchasing airline or train tickets and make some reservations in the country.
