An original concept born around a bakery: here the bread is kneaded and baked on site throughout the day. We first settle down around the large U-shaped bar, time to study the menu and place an order, then we settle down where we want until we are called to pick up our tray. The wait can be long during the students' rushes, because everything is prepared on the spot, based on fresh products, at the time of ordering: sandwiches, beautiful salads, risotto... All this accompanied by hot bread: we will offer you white or black bread, sandwich bread, cereal bread... Breakfast formulas are also very interesting and tasty.
