The Prime Minister's residence, number 10, has been located in this little street perpendicular to Whitehall since 1732. Following renovation in 1902, it also became the Prime Minister's principal residence. The building has not been open to visitors since Margaret Thatcher forbade it. The famous facade, seen over and over again on the news, can be seen behind a gate. Following Boris Johnson's resignation in 2022, Rishi Sunak is living in the building at the time of writing.

Adresse officielle du premier ministre, vous ne verrez que les gardes et à peine la porte au loin qui est bien gardée et bloquée.

Downing Street est une rue connue de Londres, notamment avec son numéro 10 qui abrite la résidence officielle du Premier Ministre. Toutefois, la résidence ne se visite pas et l'accès à la rue n'est pas possible et est très protégé. Il faut donc se contenter d'une vision assez lointaine.

proche de Westminster Abbey et de Trafalgar Square, vous ne verrez la ruelle où réside le Premier Ministre que derrière une grille protégée par des policiers. il y
a foule dans la journée mais jusqu'à 9 heures vous serez tout seul - profitez en surtout pour voir à coté à 11 heures la relève de la Garde à cheval
