The King William IV, nicknamed, is a great traditional pub and one of the oldest gay establishments in the country since the men began to go there and meet there (discreetly) in the 30 s. Today, a young and less young clientele, gay or not, goes there for quiz or rugby matches /football on large screen. Guaranteed atmosphere. Note that The Willie, as it is called here, accepts dogs.
