An emblematic London hotel with its superb neo-gothic red brick architecture that welcomes you upon arrival.

Like the Saint Pancras station, the Saint Pancras hotel was renovated under the leadership of Marriott. More than £150 million has been spent to give it a new lease of life. A sublime testimony to neo-Gothic architecture, the establishment is a marvel of luxury. The ceilings are high, the windows offer majestic views. And we find all the modern comforts. Don't miss the magnificent staircase in the entrance hall, which is worth the price of the room alone....

Went for a Dine & Unwind at their spa and restaurant with my Girlfriend. The staff at spa reception were hopeless(weren’t even expecting us following our booking), the spa itself has a tepid pool and a single busy steam room, saunas are not mixed so it was an incredibly limited experience. They tried to present us with a set menu (either fish or chicken). The whole evening was totally forgettable for £200. Just dine out somewhere nice or splash cash on a nice spa. This was worst of both worlds.

The St. Pancras Renaissance Hotel in London is not just known for its luxurious accommodation and stunning Victorian architecture but also for its cinematic fame, notably appearing in the Harry Potter film series. This iconic hotel, adjacent to St. Pancras Station, provided a magical backdrop, particularly in "Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets," where the enchanting exterior and its platforms were used to depict scenes involving the Hogwarts Express. The hotel's striking facade and historical significance make it a point of interest not only for guests but also for Harry Potter fans looking to capture a piece of the magic.

Great service! Our outlets for charging did not work and they kindly switched our rooms no trouble! The food was great and the service very good! It is in great proximity to the St. Pancras Train Station which was very convenient! Highly recommend if you need a place to crash before exploring London!

The moment you enter the St. Pancras Renaissance Hotel, you're transported to an era of Victorian grandeur. The Gothic Revival architecture is simply breathtaking, from the grand staircase to the soaring ceilings. Our room was impeccably appointed, blending historical charm with modern luxuries. The staff went above and beyond, making us feel like royalty. Whether you're sipping tea in the lounge or enjoying a delicious meal at one of the restaurants, St. Pancras is an unforgettable London experience.

It seems the hotel may not fully grasp the extent of inconvenience caused by the lack of WiFi to someone visiting London on business for a week. The experience was profoundly unsatisfactory, and the nonchalant response from the staff was astonishing. Moreover, the maintenance of the hotel, excluding the lobby, restaurants, and public areas, particularly the rooms and corridors, left much to be desired.

Upon my arrival on Monday, an unsightly wall greeted everyone staying on the 3rd floor right off the elevator, an issue that remained unaddressed until I mentioned it to the front desk on Thursday; it is still unaddressed.

EVERYONE was displeased with this experience and the entire experience still has me baffled. It should have been communicated when we arrived since it was a knows issues, but it was not as I assume management would rather have $18,245.68 for my party's 38 nights on the books vs. having satisfied customers which are left scarred from this Marriott experience.

It's bewildering that at one of Marriott's top-tier properties, the staff fails to report such issues that one would expect at a lesser establishment, like a Holiday Inn in Hackney. This experience has been exceedingly displeasing, to the point where I am writing this review.
