This is certainly NOT a 4star hotel the room was basic at best the wardrobe space was 150mm deep just about fit my wife's puffer jacket the doors would not close,bathroom was basic view appalling coffee and tea non existing only one benefit close to train station asked for two coffees downstairs 20 minutes later we walked out it was not busy I purposely counted 8 people 2 staff terrible

The first room we had, the toilet was blocked so we were moved to another. Telephone in room was useless couldn't contact reception.

Have a lovely cream tea. Staff were very friendly and polite and didn't rush us.

Clean and comfortable in a great location. Got upgraded to a "larger" room but it wasn't exactly spacious! No fridge and only a couple of tea bags supplied (and of course, no tea pot ????). The bar/restaurant looked nice but the Guinness was not chilled. Never mind, plenty of good pubs nearby.

Average hotel but in good location. Rooms are small with very tiny wardrobe and walk-in shower room. However, shower is decent (water hot and fairly good flow). Towels are good size. Don’t forget to turn the air con on or your’ll swelter at night!
Breakfast was a bit poor. Cold with terrible scrambled eggs. It’s a shame as I ordered a poached egg and it was perfect. No options for gluten free but I took my own bread!
Staff were friendly and it was no issue to store our bags nor print a piece of paper out for us.

Mr. Marius and his excellent team were all amazing looking after us well at the Saturday night event of more than 100 people attending. We've been served kindly and swiftly and with a smile on their faces. They really know how to do their job. Well done.

Rooms clean and well furnished. The problem we encountered was that there were no windows apart from a tilt only window that was "blacked out". As a result the room was very hot and stuffy which made sleeping very uncomfortable.

I had a fantastic stay at Ambassador Hotel in London. Viday at the front desk provided excellent hospitality, and the entire team was incredibly supportive throughout my visit. Highly recommend this hotel for a positive experience!

Good breakfast and nice room.
Friendly and helpful staff. Located not far from saint will pancras and a few bus stations oxfor street. Beautiful place for a we discovered.
