Treated the wife to a spa day here and she thoroughly enjoyed her time, as did I .

Hotel is immaculate and the staff were very polite and helpful.

The location of the hotel was perfect.

The room was a little small, but had everything you needed and was nice. However..... The walls could do with a little more insulation if you have noisy neighbours as we did if you get my drift....

I'd encourage anyone to have a visit and enjoy yourself.

Stunning hotel with a fine dining experience in their ‘Indigo’ restaurant. I didn’t experience the hotel, spa or chocolate factory but was fortunate enough to dine in the Indigo restaurant. The facade of the restaurant was stunning and there were meeters and greeters on duty to welcome you into their establishment. The interior decoration was exquisite and thoroughly modern but still embodying an intimate feel. Service was 100% and the food exquisitely prepared no wonder Indigo dining is regarded as one of Londons finest. I chose trout as a starter and delicious lamb as a main meal with a rhubarb desert. Don’t expect modest prices this is a top dining experience. Wines complimented the food perfectly. The host’s wife was given a delicious gift of honey produced in their own bee hives on the roof!! The location of the hotel is virtually adjacent to the Waldorf and behind Covent Garden. in the middle of theatre land so it’s a perfect location.
