Pictures make this place look way better than it actually is. Quite run down, black mold on bathroom ceiling, no drinking water given or available. A positive is the location but I won't be staying here again unless they make some improvements.

Hôtel très bien situé à quelques mètres du métro. Accueil et service de qualité. Chambre petite mais entièrement propre. Le personnel refait le lit chaque jour et nous propose des serviettes propres. Une bouilloire est laissé à disposition avec du café soluble et du thé. Aucun bruits pendant 3 nuits. Nous avons très bien dormis. Enfin, la wifi marche très bien.

Points négatifs : la salle de bain est très petite. La douche est minuscule. Étant un couple de jeunes, ça ne nous a pas dérangé mais pour d’autres personnes plus âgés ou juste corpulentes je dirais que ça peut être assez compliqué… surtout qu’il y a peu de pression d’eau. La VMC dans la douche fait un bruit important.
Enfin, l’hôtel est un peu vieux donc certains travaux sont à faire à l’avenir mais rien de dérangeant. Attention pas d’ascenseur pour monter les bagages

Wonderful hotel! We came from out of the country in January and stayed 4 nights. The staff working the front desk were always pleasant, friendly, and knowledgeable of the area. We came into town in the wee hours of the morning, so we paid for the previous night so we can drop off our luggage and they were more than accomodating. The rooms were clean, with a small patio so we could let some fresh air in. The bed was comfortable and clean. The location could not have been better! The train station is right around the corner and there are a few fast food places within walking distance as well. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

Buen hotel para ser Londres y sus precios. Lo reservamos con atenuación y pagamos al llegar al hotel. Nuestra habitación estaba en l planta baja, pequeña pero con todo lo necesario para pasar la noche, que es lo que queríamos al hacer turismo. La peor era la cama, que se notaban los muelles en depende qué zona, y que las paredes eran muy finas y se oía todo… pero bueno, complía con lo que necesitábamos. Limpíaban la habitación cada día y estaba todo limpio. La gente de recepción muy amables siempree. La parada de metro (y de autobús) está a 1 minuto andando, super bien comunicado. Por la zona hay supermercados, cafeterías, y restaurantes de todo tipo. Seguramente si volvemos a Londres, repetiremos.

Las chicas de recepción son súper amables, las habitaciones pequeñas, no disponen de ascensor. A nosotros nos tocó en la tercera planta y el agua de la ducha tardaba muchísimo en ponerse caliente. Por el precio no está mal.

Everything was really nice and cozy. The location was very good. In walking distance to Hyde Park. We really liked the stay. Also service and stuff were exctremly helpful. Rooms were clean and warm. Only minor problem was that shower were too small and I barely fit in. Made my stay little uncomfortable. Except that all was great. Thank you.

The hotel is ideally situated, being very close to a metro station and a lively area filled with restaurants, bars, and cafes.

The room size was comfortably adequate for two people, and the pricing was reasonable. However, it’s important to set expectations accordingly; the hotel offers basic amenities with only a bed and bathroom. Potential guests should note there is no lift, and both the room and hotel generally have an older feel.

We stayed for about two weeks in the month of early Nov 2023.... The hotel was located about 300 meters from Earls Court Station and there are also a lot of eateries including pubs within the hotel catering to different palette as well as grocers such as Co-Op and Sainsbury Local

The hotel is basic and clean, the staff are friendly especially Theresa who is extremely friendly and helpful.????

The Piccadilly line takes us to Heathrow airport

My stay here was okay. The rooms were a good size, but there was black mold in almost every spot imaginable. Walls so thin you could hear everything being discussed in the next room. I couldn't focus on anything too long in the bathroom without being disgusted. Also the Tv was crooked. A two minute walk to Earls Court Station which is really nice! The only saving grace for this hotel. I would not recommend.

If your expecting the Ritz this place isn't for you. But if your looking for a comfortable place to stay, in a brilliant location on a budget I recommend. Changed the linen and towels daily and were very helpful with my luggage (no lift, but that's not uncommon in London).
Had the twin on the second floor, had a big window we can open which was lovely. You do get noise from the street but you're in Earl's Court so that's normal.
Only downside was no fridge and the bathroom was decent but weirdly configured.
I have a feeling the negative reviews have come from people not used to budget london accommodation, this place was perfectly adequate for the price point considering the location.

Location is pretty good to find coffee foods etc close to trains walk to museum..
Room size is good no air conditioning no elevator.. no hooks for towels appliance( blow dryer not working) no shampoo et. Bring your own..black mold on washroom ceiling.. tub is high to step over and slippery no hand rails if you are an older person this is unsafe..be prepared to carry your own suitcase up and down long stairs

My experience was HORRIBLE , I bought some chocolate in Spain and was a rats in the room , my room was in the basement under the twin bed from my children area was rat's nest , the rat eat the chocolate ,
next day spoke with hotel represented at the from desk , very poor communication from the hotel to the customers !!!!!
change to another room to the 4 floor no elevated last floor in the building and broken stairs railings, the place super unsafe and risk for diseases
no compensation for the experience in the hotel, only provide to me 50 pound and Expedia that I booking the hotel was 100.00 dollars .

Currently at the Hotel .If you have booking with breakfast from an app make sure you bring proof or ask for the manager .Friendliness of the staff depends on who’s at the desk .Lady with the black hair is nasty .There is no complementary water and the refrig doesn’t work .You can hear the road noise on the 8 th floor .Centrally located to all things .If you don’t let those things bother you then your golden .Lots to do easy to traverse .No pool and the exercise room has 5 pieces of equipment
