Hotel offering a good service located a few steps from Victoria Station.

This hotel offers quality service in a very simple and clean setting. John's welcome is warm, he speaks a little French, it's pretty pleasant! The rooms are basic but comfortable. On the ground floor, a small terrace that smokers will enjoy! The staff were very friendly and helpful. Located just steps from Victoria Station, ideal for visiting London easily. A practical and recommended address.

La situación muy buena, el servicio es muy básico pero muy amables los trabajadores y la habitación aunque era pequeña estaba muy limpia.

L'hotel si trova a 3 minuti a piedi dalla fermata metro Pimlico della Victoria Line. In 10 minuti a piedi si raggiunge Victoria Station, stazione di collegamento con Gatwick Aeroporto. A piedi è inoltre abbastanza vicino a punti d'interesse come Westminster, Big Ben e Backingum Palace. L'hotel non è una nuova struttura, le camere sono piccole (ma credo sia uno standard di fascia per Londra) così come le dimensioni del letto matrimoniale. Scarsa l'insonorizzazione. Ottimo il riscaldamento autonomo. Ridotta dotazione di accessori da bagno. Asciugacapelli presente. Prezzo elevato in rapporto alla qualità della camera e del servizio.

I stayed at the Melbourne Hotel for four days. During my stay, the staff were very kind and helpful. It's a great location, with easy access to public transportation. There are many stores and restaurants in the area.

Top clean hotel, white and soft towels, comfortable beds. The staff is super kind, John & Manuela, lovely Lauren and Nikita.
The room is equipped with a kettle to prepare your own tea or coffee, a tv, a hairdryer and soap and shampoo free toiletries. I particularly appreciated the cleanliness, the welcoming atmosphere and the central location. I asked them something about the heating and they immediately helped me. You feel safe and welcomed once you are there. They also gave me some instructions to get to some places in London and helped me with an umbrella / very important in those rainy days !
The area in which the hotel is located is a nice area, in central london, there are loads of restaurants around.
Thank you again, I will definitely return and recommend your hotel ????????????????
