I liked the room, it was just a bit small and there is no escalator. I personally do not mind it but if you are not able to go up a lot of stairs it probably isn’t for you.
The location is great, very close to paddington station, a lot of pubs nearby, Hyde Park was just a few blocks away. I really enjoyed staying there.
Only downside...after a full day walking in Londen the stairs to the fourth floor feel like mount Everest ????
Bon emplacement et personnel très agréable une lumière ne fonctionnait pas à notre arrivée, le lendemain le nécessaire avait était fait et tout fonctionnait
chambre très petite et très peu isolée murs très fins, on avait l'impression d'être dans la même chambre que nos voisins...
propreté à revoir dans toute la chambre :
mouton de poussière au sol, salle de bain, linge de maison (tâches, cheveux/poils qui ne nous appartenaient pas)
même la propreté de la bouilloire laissait à désirer
lits à ressorts inconfortables
les chambres ne sont pas faites tous les jours, et même si vous le demandez comme on nous l’a proposé à notre arrivée, les lits ne sont pas faits et les poubelles pas vidées (juste les serviettes changées)
6 réseaux Wifi dont un seul qui fonctionne et que l'on ne captait pas dans notre chambre...
That I can not Fault,The Staff were very pleasant and nice,
I must Stress Hovever the Rooms were Outdated and Very Dirty,I could go into more detail but I believe I don't need to comment further,
What I will comment on is that there was even Human Hair on the Bathroom Ceiling,we were very disappointed with the rooms and Most Certainly Never Return,
We put 0 Stars as in our Opinion it doesn't deserve a Rating,
The owners/ staff were lovely and really helpful.
Rooms are basic and on the smaller side but for the price that's what we expected.
Only thing we had a problem with was that we booked a single room aswell as a double room. The single room was for my mum. We weren't made aware that this room was up 4 flights of very steep stairs, this wouldn't have been a problem for us but it was a struggle for my mum. So just to make people aware if they are looking to book single rooms.
L’accueil était des plus chaleureux, les hôtes toujours attentifs à nos besoins.
Merci en particulier à James qui s’est montré très disponible pour répondre à nos questions, en plus d’être de bons conseils et parler français.
La chambre bien que petite était suffisante, un peu dommage concernant les rangements car il y en a peu. Bémol aussi pour le bruit et bonne chance si vous avez des allemands à côté. Mais toutes les petites attentions ont rendu le séjour très agréable et nous le recommandons.

2 min zu den Bushaltestellen
7 bis 8 min zum Hydepark
15 min zur Oxford Street
Und das alles zu Fuß.
Zimmer sind super und das Bad auch. Das Hotel hat alles was man braucht.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilft einem gerne weiter. Auf Nachfrage kann man auch bügel.
Es gibt eine kleine Terrasse im inneren????????????????
Es gibt zwar kein Frühstück, aber links und rechts gibt es genug zur Auswahl. Und man kann sich ganz gemütlich in Paddington Basin ans Wasser oder auf Liegestuhl setzen und dort Frühstück ????
Wir haben 6 Nächte dort verbracht und können das Hotel nur weiter empfehlen.????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????
