Youth hostel close to the West End of the British Museum for the over 18s.
If the hotel's motto is a little exaggerated when it says that if heaven were a hotel, it would surely be the Astor Museum, it must be said that this youth hostel near the West End and the British Museum has a certain charm, reinforced by a young and smiling staff, welcoming common rooms, ideal for meeting other travellers and the dream location. The premises are reserved for people between the ages of 18 and 35. The rooms are clean and modern. Wide choice of dormitories from 4 to 16 beds.

Excelente ubicación, por el precio no puede pedirse mucho más. Los baños estaban limpios, al igual que las duchas, siempre estaban desocupados. Para ir de paso a Londres está muy bien. No estuve en las áreas sociales, por decir algo al llegar tuve que dejar un depósito de 5 libras en efectivo y tuve q ir a una casa de cambio cuando en todo Londres no necesité efectivo para absolutamente nada, las almohadas son un poco incómodas y las literas al estar al descubierto carecen de privacidad, pero en mi caso solo iba a dormir así que no tuvo mucha importancia. Repetiría. Si sabes inglés y eres sociable hay buen ambiente de fiesta allí.

I enjoyed my stay here. Safe for a female solo traveler. Clean facility. Bed was good for a hostel. 2 close tube stations and 1 bus stop on the block. Only critique is that I had to pay for a towel. I wish they were included in the rate.

WATCH YOUR BACK. I booked this place direct, I chose it because the room was £18 a night during their kitchen renovation and that was a good deal. My reservation confirmation did not include the price, I was never given a receipt and come to find out, they charged me £70 total for two nights, and of course there's no way for me to prove I booked at a lower rate. Emailed and they condescended saying "its probably your currency exchange rate." Its not. So, I paid above average hostel rates for a room in a noisy place with NO kitchen and ONE toilet for every floor. Also, the key card deposit becomes non-refundable if you don't have cash.
