Camera familiare semplice e carina, dotata di un letto matrimoniale e 1 lettino. Personale gentile e simpaticissimo, ottima posizione vicino alla stazione metro di Earls Court, zona tranquilla e silenziosa.
Vicino all'hotel si possono trovare numerosi ristoranti, market, e servizi.

Abbiamo soggiornato per una settimana in questo hotel, ottima posizione a pochissimi metri dalla fermata Earl’s Court( metro). La camera seppur essenziale e piccolina era graziosa, pulita il giusto. Alla reception abbiamo sempre trovato personale cordiale ed educato. Un paio di note negative ci sono state ,già dalle 7 del mattino nel nostro corridoio( 3 piano) si iniziavano a sentire rumori, voci, porte che sbattevano e gente che faceva dei lavori edili accanto alla nostra stanza. La cosa che mi ha fatto storcere il naso è stata la mattina del check out. La sera prima avevo esposto il tagliandino alla porta per non disturbare, mi sono informata con la reception sull’orario corretto entro il quale dovevamo effettuare il check out ( le 11:00 del mattino), quindi con tutta calma la mattina avevamo preventivato con mio marito per uscire più o meno a quell’ora, avendo il volo poi nel pomeriggio. La stessa mattina di buon ora sento le solite voci ( a mio avviso del personale di pulizia) nel corridoio. Intorno alle 10,30 poi, quasi pronti per uscire, bussa alla porta una signora addetta alle pulizie chiedendomi infastidita: “ma oggi voi non andate via dalla stanza? “ ( perché doveva effettuare la pulizia) Io incredula le rispondo che avevamo il check out e che saremmo andati via a breve, lei si gira senza dirmi nulla infastidita se ne va. Capisco che il personale addetto alle pulizie poteva essere infastidito dal fatto che noi fossimo ancora in camera e che quindi sarebbe dovuta ritornare a pulire quell’unica camera probabilmente. Ma nella mia vita non è mai capitata una cosa del genere, soprattutto perché eravamo entro i tempi per il check out. Spero che non si ripeta più una cosa del genere per le persone che continueranno a soggiornare lì.

Erst war ich skeptisch weil Zimmer 001 im Keller . Es gab dort eine kleine Tür ( kein Fenster ) die man ein Spalt öffnen konnte um frische Luft zu bekommen . Teppich etwas fleckig und wirkt älter aber sehr weich trotzdem . Bett bequem. Es gab nur eine Bettdecke die war aber gefühlt 3x3 m groß ???? . Föhn befand sich in der Schublade im Schreibtisch versteckt . Bad war völlig ???? Dusche schön warm. Reinigung des Zimmers abgelehnt dafür täglich kostenfrei Getränk bekommen . Think Green ! Waren 4 Nächte dort . Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit . Die junge Dame hat am Abend mit mir und meiner Tochter das Spiel: Snake&Letters gespielt . Was funny ???? . Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt! Wir konnten dank der Nähe zu Earls Court alle Sehenswürdigkeiten erleben . Es war ein schöner Städtetrip . Unterkunft kann ich weiter empfehlen ????????

Mitten in Kensington, fußläufig zu Lokalen, Bars, McDonald's, Burgerking, KFC, Pret a Manger,Greggs, U-Bahn, Supermarkt. Lage sehr gut, aber nicht so zentral wie andere Stadtteile. Man muss etwas mehr Bahn fahren.
Sehr freundliches Personal, Lobbybereich, Ermäßigungen in Teilen der umliegenden Lokale. Es ist hellhörig (Abwasser), das ist meines Wissens nach aber überall in London so. Für uns keine Einschränkung. Die Betten sind bequem. Wir hatten lediglich Pech mit dem Fernseher. Kein Programm lief störungsfrei.

L’hotel si trova tra le zone 1 e 2 di Londra. Nel complesso buono, bello e soprattutto molto comodo per la vicinanza alla metro. Stanze comode e funzionali, molto di gradimento il bollitore con bustine di the, caffè e latte. Alla reception personale cordiale e disponibile a risolvere un piccolo problema creatosi. Un ringraziamento particolare a Sasha e Maryna per la loro simpatia e gentilezza.

Hotel buono e bello situato nella zona 1 al confine con la 2 e soprattutto comodo per la vicinanza alla metro. Pur avendo prenotato una stanza matrimoniale, la prima notte purtroppo ci siamo ritrovati in una stanza con due letti singoli e molto piccola, ma il giorno successivo hanno provveduto con una stanza con letto matrimoniale large, grande e confortevole, in cui l’unica pecca era la doccia angolare troppo piccola. La stanza era fornita di bollitore con bustine di the, caffe e latte.
Alla reception vi era personale cordiale e professionale, soprattutto vogliamo ringraziamo Sasha e Maryna per la loro disponibilità.

Service und Personal - volle 10 Punkte. Shakmila, Ashik und Sasha waren sehr nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Danke nochmal. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. U-Bahn Station gleich ums Eck. Ruhige Gegend. Seitenstrasse und abseits vom Trubel. Preis-Leistung ist in Ordnung. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

A good price, for London, and not in a bad area. Rooms were basic, decorated in a dreary grey, but mostly clean. The major thing that let it down was the bed, which was very uncomfortable.

Hotel molto carino la camera per due era più che sufficiente il bagno con doccia grande, stanza pulita . Lo staff molto gentile è disponibile. La zona non è rumorosa ed è vicino a tutte l'esigenze ( metro , colazione ecc)

The hotel was pretty good, however it had a couple of really bad things. 1. the room had an appropriate size but it didn't have a cabinet/cupboard for the clothes, but it had space for it, at least one small. 2. the bathroom smell was disgusting and it get worse everyday. 3. you have to pay 1 euro the first day when you do the check in and they said we were gonna get it back when we give back the card, I am still waiting. 4 Room service was really disappointing, specially the last day when they just move the duvet a little leaving the pillows as we did in the morning.

Something that I liked was that you can choose between room service or some drinks, that was something cool if you consider that the room is okay or you don't want that they clean it. The location of the hotel was fantastic, it was 2 min away of Earl's Court underground/subway or 5-10 min away natural history museum.

So to sum up I would define my stay as acceptable but I wouldn't come back again.

Ottima posizione , ma qualità del servizio scarsissima!!! Meno di zero !!!!!!! Esperienza molto negativa sopratutto perché non hanno pulito la nostra camera per 3 notti, ne’ cambiato le lenzuola !!! Nonostante i continui richiami. Ci hanno detto che si erano dimenticati. Non ci si può dimenticare di pulire una camera e cambiare gli asciugamani!!!!! In cambio ci hanno offerto bibite gratis e m&m’s, per il mancato servizio !!!! Pessima esperienza !!!! Lo sconsiglio !!!!!!!

Schönes Hotel die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich immer hilfsbereit. Zimmer sind sauber, klein aber fein und gemütlich. Station Earl's Court keine 5min geh weg und man kommt schnell in die Stadt hinein. Ganz besonderer Dank an Said der uns am Abend noch gut unterhalten hat. In ganzen hat man sich dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr zu empfehlen für Kurz Trips Reise nach London.

Wir hatten ein „Doppelzimmer“. Das Zimmer ist so klein, dass man sich mit 2 Personen leider nur nacheinander darin fortbewegen kann. (Es ist nichtmal ein Schrank vorhanden) In dem Bad bekommt man Platzangst, weil es ebenfalls zu klein ist. Platzlich sind die Zimmer eine Katastrophe. Es ist alles auch sehr hellhörig; man hört im Zimmer wirklich alles.
Service ist widerrum anders; die Leute hier sind wirklich sehr freundlich. Zimmer sind auch relativ sauber.

All arrivo la camera assegnata non era all altezza, estremamente piccola. Arrivata la sera ho concordato un cambio camera per il giorno dopo. La ragazza del ricevimento estremamente cordiale e professionale, mi ha mostrato delle alternative, grazie Sasha per aver reso perfetto il mio soggiorno.
Ottimo hotel in ottima posizione.
