Went to the bar for drinks. Nice atmosphere, good, attentive service - however, when we first came in it felt a little unwelcoming until we spoke to someone at the bar and also some of the staff seemed to be tired.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at this fantastic breakfast restaurant, and I must say, it was an absolutely delightful experience from start to finish. The ambiance was cozy, the food was delicious, but what truly made the morning memorable was the exceptional service provided by Kate. Her attentiveness and warm personality truly elevated the dining experience. From the moment we walked in, Kate greeted us with a smile that instantly made us feel welcome. Throughout our meal, she was attentive to our needs, ensuring our coffee cups were never empty and our orders were promptly delivered. Kate's friendly demeanor and genuine interest in making sure we had a wonderful time made all the difference. It's rare to encounter such outstanding service, and Kate's professionalism and charm are a true asset to the restaurant. I can't wait to return and enjoy another delightful breakfast, hopefully with Kate's exceptional service once again. Highly recommend!

We visited The Hoxton hotel as a wedding vendor and the bar staff were some of the most helpful we’ve ever come across. Gladson & Emils deserve huge credit for the way they ran their event and we thank them again for being so accommodating to an outside caterer.

I got an offer through booking to stay at the hoxton in shepherd bush and I was hesitant at first cause I thought it was far from london but I was so wrong! The underground is next to the hotel, literally 2 min. The neighborhood is chill also, lots of different cultures so there is a great variety of food places to eat! There is also a market around the corner with fruit, fresh juices, etc.
The room at hoxton was better than I expected, with full windows facing the park and big bathroom. The shower was sooo nice ???????? The shampoo, conditioner and soap was amazing!! There is also water and milk in the fridge which is a nice gesture. The only thing which we disliked is the aircon… we tried to shut it off but air kept going and the diffuser was facing the bed so my partner got a cold ????‍???? it would be better if part of the windows opened tbh. Apart from that, everything was perfect. Staff is so nice also. Thank u so much! I recommend! Pd: we stayed 5 days and got the cosy room.

Overall our stay here was alright.
We were so shocked when we arrived the first night as the room was so tiny. The look is like in the picture online but the size seems much bigger in picture than in real life.

The thing I enjoy the most prob the breakfast we had here, coffee wasn't too bad either and location is so close to westfield and stations, those things are what makes us glad we stayed here.

My wife and I needed somewhere near a local eye treatment centre and so picked the Hoxton at Shepherd's Bush. The rooms, food and most importantly the service were first class, thank you!

Hotel with 7 minutes walk from Shepherds Bush tube station and Westfield shopping centre. Visited the hotel in March 2023 for an event. On its ground floor it has a large room that can accommodate 100 people with adjacent conference rooms if you need them.

Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel - the service was excellent, beautiful interior design. Rooms small but cosy - you’re better off hanging out in the expansive and lavish lounge, bar, restaurants, etc on the ground floor

Be very weary. Prices in the menu are very misleading. Bartenders don't give change forcing you to use card. On the promotional menus not mentioning 12.5 % service charge. When mentioned to the bartender he couldn't care less and charged me service charge anyway. Disgusting and dishonest. Never again.

My experience at Hotel Hoxton Shepherd’s Bush was truly exceptional. From the courteous and professional treatment by employee Juliany Curzel, who warmly welcomed us upon arrival and remained extremely helpful throughout our stay. Mrs. Curzel went above and beyond by providing us with excellent suggestions on what to do in London, one of which was a fantastic karaoke spot close to the hotel. This personal touch added an extra layer of enjoyment to our stay.
I also have to mention the impeccable cleanliness of the room, every detail was carefully thought out to ensure a memorable stay. The comfort of the mattress was so remarkable that I honestly found myself wishing to spend more time in bed than exploring the city’s sights! Additionally, the strategic location of the Hoxton, close to transport options, restaurants, and pubs, made our movement much easier and allowed us to make the most of everything the area has to offer. Definitely, an absolutely recommended experience! I can’t wait to return and enjoy the exceptional hospitality of Hotel Hoxton Shepherd’s Bush again soon!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Hoxton Shepherd's Bush in London, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The hotel exudes a trendy yet cozy atmosphere that immediately made me feel at home.
What truly set this stay apart was the impeccable service provided by the staff, particularly Tais Santos. Tais went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my stay was perfect. Her warm demeanor, attention to detail, and genuine care for guests truly stood out. From offering personalized recommendations for exploring the city to ensuring all my needs were met promptly, Tais exemplified what exceptional hospitality is all about.
The room itself was stylishly designed, comfortable, and equipped with all the amenities one could need for a relaxing stay. The hotel's central location made it convenient to explore the vibrant neighborhood and easily access public transportation.
The dining options at the hotel were also top-notch, with delicious food and a great ambiance that added to the overall experience.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay in London.

The “snug bunk” is for two people, yet has zero closet space, not even coat hooks. A few clothes hangers dangle above the minuscule desk, which oddly enough also serves as the mini bar and hosts the tea/coffee making facilities. We had to hang our clothes over the beds. Windows don’t open. Overall the room experience borders on claustrophobic. Disappointing for a Hoxton.
