Very friendly staff on entering, easy to check in and room is a very good size with extra features including use of iron and ironing board, hairdryer and use if a safe. Plenty of charging points in the room plus USB ports as well.Fresh towels and toiletries in the bathroom was a good size and very clean. Would stay here again.

Ich habe hier mit Nichte und Neffe mehrere Tage in den Osterferien verbracht. Der Hauptgrund war, dass wir die WB Studio Tour (Harry Potter) gemacht haben. Der Transfer fuhr vom Busbahnhof Victoria los, welche sich nur wenige Gehminuten vom Hotel befindet.

Das Hotelzimmer war geräumig, gepflegt und gut ausgestattet.

Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und selbst zum Ende hin wurde immer nachgereicht.

Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit.

Einziges Manko war, dass es sehr hellhörig ist. Aber das hat ein Gebäude aus dem 19. Jahrhundert für gewöhnlich an sich. Da ich mit Kindern unterwegs war, musste ich mir so wenigstens keine Gedanken machen, ob wir ein Lärmfaktor sein könnten.

Ich fühlte mich wohl und würde hier wieder übernachten.

Gut gelegen,

Service kann ich nicht bewerten,

Zimmer und Bad sehr klein, auch wenn man nur zur Nacht dort ist, das Nachbarzimmer war leider so deutlich zu hören als wäre keine Wand dort. Mein Highlight war das das gesamte Zimmer ca 10% Gefälle hatte, der Koffer rollte immer zur Seitenwand. Die Zimmertür (ca 60cm breit) war links ebenerdig, und schwebte rechts ca. 5 cm über dem Boden. Es passte eine Hand durch!
