Bardzo czyste pokoje, sprzątane codzienne. Z zewnątrz hotel przyjemny dla oka, w środku przytulnie i przyjaźnie. Obsługa klienta zwraca uwagę na potrzeby turystów. Są bardzo mili. Na pewno chciałabym tu wrócić.

Rooms are very clean, service is excellent and the Breakfast is well served. Although Bathrooms are shared, they were very clean and not busy.
Hope to be back soon.
La pieza tenía baño privado, era cómoda y limpia, hay artículos de aseo y ascensor. Recomiendo este hotel encarecidamente.
Pd. Creo que los comentarios malos que algunas vez hubieron son muy antiguos (5-6 años atrás), ya que estuve aquí hasta hoy y no tengo nada malo que decir. Espero que los nuevos huéspedes visiten este lugar con confianza.
Si vuelvo a Londres, espero hospedarme aquí nuevamente.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön, die Zimmer sehr sauber und ausreichend ausgestattet.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit.
Das Frühstücksbuffet ist ausreichend und mit 10 Pfund recht preiswert.
Es gibt zwei U-Bahn-Stationen in der Nähe der Unterkunft, Hotting Hill Gate ist ein paar Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und bietet Restaurants etc. Auch der Portobello Market ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt.

Beautiful hotel
The hotel is very nice, the rooms very clean and adequately equipped.
The staff are very friendly, courteous and helpful.
The breakfast buffet is adequate and at £10 quite reasonably priced.
There are two tube stations close to the accommodation, Hotting Hill Gate is a few minutes walk away and offers restaurants etc.. Portobello Market is also only a few minutes walk away.
Le finestre sono storiche come il palazzo, anche se riverniciate, ma si chiudono benissimo, basta fare attenzione e delicatezza, con un mano tenute giù e con l'altra agganciate...
Materasso molto comodo, pulizia ottima, colazione variegata e soddisfacente, personale gentile e disponibile.
Per i prezzi su Londra vale quanto pagato.
Forse la clientela è l'unico neo, le stanze pur se ristrutturate da poco avevano già segni da soggiorni precedenti maleducati e poco rispettosi (esempio un bel buco sulla porta del bagno, o segni da calpestamento sulla struttura di legno).
Se dovessi tornare a Londra, come spero, tornerei sicuramente al Ravna Gora.
Se destaca la amabilidad del personal, especialmente de Rossie.
Excelente relación precio-calidad.
La única observación no tan positiva es que el agua de la ducha no salía tan caliente.
Seguramente volvería.

We'd arrived and were flashed, we thought... We've arrived at a 5 star hotel, not 2.
We used the only room with a bathroom, though it was a bit cosy, it fitted the style of the whole hotel.
- Exquisite design coupled with Victorian classical design.
- Inside was a spacey room with lots of chairs for longuing and a great view.
- free instant coffee and milk every day
- Bed was really comfy too.
- Towel change every day, which might be old-school, but also luxorious.
- Video security guard and friendly personnel.
- As described, closely connected to all kinds of places,
