The hairdryer of the room is totally broke, when we told the receptionist this problem, he seems like this is not his business and only responses “so what “. At the end of the night we still got a broken hairdryer. The man receptionist definitely needs to be trained again.
If I can give -1 star I will give it to the man receptionist. The worst I’ve ever seen!!!

Piccolo albergo a Notting Hill in una tranquilla zona residenziale. Noi ci siamo stati due notti in 4 persone. Le camere sono essenziali e in 4 persone si sta un pochino stretti, ma ci si va solo per dormire. Quando si prenota consiglio di valutare bene la grandezza del letto: è piuttosto piccolo, circa una piazza e mezza per due persone...loro comunque lo scrivono. Ma la prossima volta ci penso un po' di più! Il servizio è veloce e gentile: abbiamo avuto un problema con il bagno la sera tardi e prontamente ci hanno cambiato camera. La colazione è più dolce che salata e non adatta a vegetariani e vegani. È allestita in una saletta molto carina. Metro e bus si trovano a circa 7/8 minuti a piedi.
