Other than quite small room and therefore narrow bed it was excellent stay. Good location, friendly staff, nice breakfast etc.

Excellent rooms, excellent service and very friendly staff. Also it's perfect location means you're less than a 5 minute walk to the nearest tube station and there's plenty of restaurants to choose nearby and a couple mini grocery stores. Breakfast offerings were simple but enough to get you started for the day and tasty.

Nice, quiet hotel. Busline 24 takes you to the tourist areas and stops right outside the hotel. Breakfast buffet has no hot food, but you can add 16 pounds for an English breakfast.

Room very nice. Two problems. Very thin pillows and only one for each guest. No central heating in the bathroom. You must leave the door open to channel some from the bedroom. Excellent location very close to restaurants supermarkets and bus tube stations. Safe area

Excelente ubicación a pocos minutos de la estación Victoria y Pimlico, la decoración es linda y las habitaciones tienen las comodidades necesarias, se tiene café y té en la habitación y la cama es muy cómoda. El personal de recepción es muy atento.

A lovely hotel located near to Pimlico tube station. Close to some local shops and pubs, while still being in a quiet and safe part of town. Friendly and welcoming staff.
We had a small double, which was very small but fine for just the one night we were staying. If you had lots of luggage it would be a struggle. The room was clean and had good amenities (the bathroom was especially nice), but we were woken up in the morning by the people in the room above walking around on their very creaky floor!
Overall the hotel is very nice and I would stay again, but would try out a different, quieter room.

Bellissima esperienza, hotel in posizione strategica per visitare Londra ,con la fermata del bus a due passi è stato semplicissimo raggiungere il centro e i principali luoghi d'interesse. Il personale davvero gentile e competente, e colazione buonissima. Straconsigliato! ❤️ London

Solid location, rooms are nice and place is very clean. Giving it 3 stars because soundproofing is non existent. Floors are very creaky and you’ll hear every step your neighbours make or the house keeping vacuuming outside in the hall

Stayed here during our few days in London and would recommend it to others! Convenient walk from Victoria Station and many Westminster area attractions. Rooms were clean and service was good! We had breakfast onsite one morning and it was better than expected. A very pleasant experience overall!

J’y suis rester près de 5 nuits, en décembre 2021. La chambre était nickel, un peu petite. Le service est au top. Est bien localisé. Un peu galère a trouvé un taxi au abord de l’hôtel. J’en garde un bon souvenir 2ans après, malgré un petit soucie lors du Check in

La cosa che ho tanto preferito di questo Hotel è la fermata del bus24 proprio a 10mt dall’ingresso, se volete visitare Londra questo Hotel fa al caso vostro per la posizione centrale, Victoria Station a 200mt
Check-in alle 14 e check out alle 11 ma c’è la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli anche prima, stessa cosa per l’uscita se l’aereo parte in tarda serata. Se ritornerò in futuro (e di sicuro ritornerò) verrò ancora qui per passare le mie vacanze. P.S il ragazzo alla reception trovato nelle ore serali e stato molto gentile con noi. I LOVE LONDON ❤️

It’s a great place to stay, located very conveniently. The rooms are a bit small, but the upgraded bathroom is almost same size as the room ???? For your spa feeling under the shower it’s just perfect ????
The breakfast is very good and you could even upgrade from a la card, but really not needed. The two women that are making sure everything goes smooth around the breakfast service are great. So friendly and so attentive. You won’t miss anything. A huge THANK YOU to them

It's one of the best hotel in London. I really like my stay. Staff is nice and polite. The comfort level is quite good. You can visit nearby places easily...I strongly recommend to book it for your trip to London.

Prima hotel maar bed voor 2 personen is wel wat aan de kleine kant dus ik heb niet lekker geslapen.
Verder mooi schoon en vriendelijk personeel.

I made a video with the sound that I showed the next day to the receptionist and she was also shocked to hear it. And the aircon was off , you can hear the sound on this video !
