It has just celebrated its 1,000th birthday! The presence of a market on this site dates back to the 11th century. Today, it's worth a visit for both its tempting stalls and its green steel structure under the railway arches. Ambiance marché! Vous trouverez un peu de tout, autant des huîtres, que des burger, que du fromage à raclette! Ambiance très conviviale!

Ce marché est immense et rempli de monde. On y trouve des stands de nourritures de différents pays.. armez vous de patience, ça vaux le coup!

Moins connu que Camden Market mais aussi sympa, une multitude de stands des quatres coins du monde, lieu très animé et les produits sont de qualités. A faire absolument en visite sur londres

Excellente nourriture
Ce marché est dans un lieu très sympa sous des voûtes en pierre. On y vient surtout pour acheter des produits alimentaires et pour manger la street food. Le stand éthiopien était très bon : choix entre plats végétariens et plats avec viande.

Marché très sympathique au pied de Shard et de Southwark cathedral. Mieux vaut y aller proche de l'heure du déjeuner autrement les odeurs de nourriture qui cuisent (il y en a tellement, même à 9h du matin!) ne vous ouvriront pas l'appétit comme elles devraient!
