J'aime cette ancienne boulangerie juive dans le East End, pas loin de Liverpool Street. Parfum de pain à tout l'heure, challas et bagels toujour fraiches, vendus simples à la douzaine ou fourrés. Des sendwiches delicieux avec Salt beef chaud pendant tout la nuit.

Petit établissement qui vu de l'extérieur n'attire pas spécialement, mais ne vous effrayez pas à son look ni à la longue file car en fait ils font les meilleurs bagels de Londres. Il y a toujours la file, ce qui est bon signe n'est-ce pas? Rassurez-vous la file avance très vite, presque trop pour avoir le temps de choisir parmi leur différents bagels en fait. Leurs bagels sont succulents et vraiment bien garnis (je n'ai pas réussi à en finir un, mon compagnon qui est grand mangeur n'a pas réussi à finir les deux siens). Tout ça à un prix démocratique en plus.
Il y a un petit coin pour manger debout, préférez les prendre à emporter et promenez-vous dans le quartier autour qui est vraiment sympa.
