Awarded a Michelin green star, this gourmet restaurant has made zero waste its spearhead. Everything here is made from recycled materials, from the furniture to the plates. With dishes based essentially on fruit and vegetables, chef Douglas McMaster brilliantly combines haute cuisine with respect for the environment. All ingredients are seasonal and sourced from local farms, and all food waste is composted. Please note: the restaurant is available for private events.
