A restaurant in London cooking braised meat and good grilling.

Carnivores of all kinds, this is your temple. Braised meat on a huge Argentinean barbecue, placed in the center of the tables, is a true delight for aficionados of rare, grilled or medium-rare cooking, accompanied by fine Argentinean wines. It's advisable to book in advance and to be patient once you're there, as service can be relatively long. However, it's well worth the wait, and if you're lucky, you might even get to share the moment with regulars such as Keira Knightley or Viggo Mortensen.
