A red window, bamboo walls and large wooden tables await guests from this small, trendy restaurant. If the ground floor room is complete, no panic, there is one in the basement. They eat honest Thai cuisine, even though the quality seems to have fallen somewhat, unlike prices. However, Rosa remains a cheap address.
