Located in the Floral Hall, a majestic glass and iron structure in Borough Market. The kitchens use only locally-grown produce from responsible, reasoned production. A restaurant that masterfully showcases contemporary British cuisine in an informal atmosphere. The café-restaurant overlooks the market and St. Paul's Cathedral. Closed in July 2023 for renovation, it promises a return in an even more magnificent setting. To be continued!
