If you intend to dine in Margherita, it is better to be hungry. This family-run canteen fills up every night tables of regulars, who come here with friends or family every week. You can eat the abruzzo specialties there, starting with the mugnaia, the homemade pasta, accompanied by various sauces. This dish is added a set menu, made up tasty d'< i>antipasti, grilled meats, including delicious arrosticini, these lamb kebabs, and ice cream with lemon. The helpings are copious and at will served wine. The atmosphere is purely Italian and Da Margherita an experience in itself. 

The young Claudio, descending from a family of renowned restaurateurs in the region for many years, manages this popular seafood restaurant from local people. They are pressurized every night, with a hint to make full iodine. The framework is not the most authentic: A modern building with large windows and aseptised decoration, reflecting, perhaps, the impeccable freshness of the products. And we have to recognize that they are very well cooked and developed. You are recommended to opt for the antipasti assortment at 30 €, consisting of 20 services offering a gradation of the baked bats (from raw to cooked) with very interesting textures and flavors, all in a fully controlled kitchen.
