It is an institution of the city! This restaurant was founded in 1900 by the Sabatini couple. Since then, the years have passed, with changes of owners and today it is the artists of the festival who come to enjoy themselves, as the photos prove, from Ugo Tognazzi to Ben Gazzara. Reservations are therefore required... Umbrian cuisine served in the refined setting of a 16th century palace. In summer, you can dine outside in the cool and pleasant garden. For those who love curiosities, don't miss the egg and truffle mousse!

Ottimo ristorante caratteristico nel centro di Spoleto. Molto elegante l'arredamento, menù ricco e variegato. Buona la qualità del cibo e la cucina, mai banale. Prezzi decisamente non economici.

Riccardo e Aldiana sono dei ragazzi stupendi che fanno il loro lavoro con amore e passione tramandate dai loro genitori, il locale è molto accogliente... L'estate con il giardino fuori una vera chicca... Cibo ottimo molto curato nella qualità e nella presentazione... Se siete a Spoleto non potete non andarci a cena!!!
