This historic restaurant in Spoleto (the oldest in the city) opened in 1927. It is a family history that is passed on from generation to generation. The speciality: truffles. Indeed, this table is highly recommended for truffle lovers, and honours the traditions of Umbria (white truffle in October and November and black truffle from December to March). To taste, the petto di anatra con patate et tartufo... The restaurant has two beautiful rooms and a terrace. Also worth mentioning is the very careful presentation of the dishes.

Delusa dal tornino di melanzane (troppo spesse e rimaste crude!) Recupero il gusto con i fiori di zucca, davvero buoni. Ambiente un pò limitato e poco luminoso, è antico e si nota.
Il primo piatto non ha esaltato molto il palato... cmq tutto accettabile ma da rivedere il rapporto qualità prezzo.
Si trova sulla piazza vicino chiesa San Gregorio...
Abbiamo trovato una Spoleto bollente cmq è stato un luogo carino per ripararsi dal caldo e rifocillarsi lungo il viaggio.

Siamo entrati in questo ristorante senza troppe aspettative, dal menù fuori abbiamo visto dei prezzi alti ma alcuni piatti erano a base di tartufo così abbiamo deciso di provare. Siamo stati accolti molto bene da una ragazza con un simpatico accento spagnolo.
Il ristorante è vecchiotto dentro ma elegante, le pietanze deliziose, noi siamo andati su un tagliere e fettuccine al tartufo.
Qualità del tartufo notevole, tutto buono e servizio impeccabile.
