This historic restaurant in Spoleto (the oldest in the city) opened in 1927. It is a family history that is passed on from generation to generation. The speciality: truffles. Indeed, this table is highly recommended for truffle lovers, and honours the traditions of Umbria (white truffle in October and November and black truffle from December to March). To taste, the petto di anatra con patate et tartufo... The restaurant has two beautiful rooms and a terrace. Also worth mentioning is the very careful presentation of the dishes.
