Here is an impressive cellar in a decor that is worth the detour alone. With 190 hectares in the Montefalco area, the house converted to organic farming in 2009. The clay-limestone soils form hills surrounded by woods, and the microclimate is ideal for vineyards and olive groves. Production of local wines such as Greccheto, Sagrantino, Trebbiano and Passito, as well as grappa and olive oil. The family has also recently started raising pigs and producing salami (charcuterie).
