A renowned restaurant serving exceptional cuisine, all washed down with equally remarkable wines. The room carved out of the tufa rock is unforgettable, and the dishes served memorable! Traditional dishes are revisited with finesse: tagliolini della casa with fresh tomatoes, ricotta and Orbetello bottarga, Maremma lamb, pappardelle with wild boar, and finally blueberry millefeuille with nectarine carpaccio, accompanied by a glass of Muffato Antinori.

Nascosto tra i vicoli della bellissima Pitigliano, è stata una sorpresa deliziosa.
Il servizio di Yurima è gentile e attento, lo chef Domenico seleziona solo ingredienti di ottima qualità e trasmette la sua passione per la cucina sana e ne esalta i sapori con ottime ricette locali.
Abbiamo apprezzato il tagliere di salumi locali, i tagliolini con pomodorini, ricotta e bottarga, le pappardelle con sugo di cinghiale, gli gnudi e i maltagliati. Tutto fantastico! Se siete in zona ve lo raccomandiamo.

Perfekter Ort im Herzen der Altstadt von Pitigliano. Waren am 10.09.2023 dort essen. Angenehmes Ambiente, regionale Spezialitäten und gute, nicht übertrieben teure Weine. Mein Favorit beim Essen, Pasta mit Wildschwein Ragu und das Wildschweinfilet mit Kartoffelbrei. Ich liebe es. Vorweg gab es, als Gruß aus der Küche eine kleine sehr leckere Kürbissuppe, und eine Platte mit regionalen Wurst/Schinken Spezialitäten. Die Portionen perfekt von der Größe/Menge, so konnten wir auch als nicht Italiener mal ein komplettes Menü essen. Hier kocht der Chef. Preise fanden wir angemessen. Bedienung war nett und zuvorkommend (perfekte Nachfragen und Empfehlungen bezüglich der regionalen Weinwahl). Die Qualität der Speisen war sehr gut. Perfekter Abend.
