In a quiet street perpendicular to Corso Italia, this is the ideal place to discover the piadina, and also to fill up a little hunger between two visits! This Romagna speciality consists of a thin cake, made of wheat flour and lard, with a lot of filling. Simple but effective. Crunchy and delicious. The service is fast. We loved the bresaola, parmesan and arugula, on the terrace, with a cold craft beer. Vegetarian option available. And you, for which piadina will you fall for?
