Set in a period palace with stone vaults, in the historic heart of Pisa, this welcoming restaurant offers menus of di terra (earth), di puddle (sea) and greenery (vegetables), good, original and at very fair prices. It is one of the best tables in the city, set in a very refined historical setting, which combines tradition and creativity. The presentation of the plates is just as well worked out and successful. Reservations are strongly recommended to avoid disappointment.

Cibo eccezionale .
Accortezza e gentilezza impagabile del personale ,
sono una malata oncologica sotto chemioterapia e ho chiesto alcune rassicurazioni circa le pietanze .
E posso dire che non sono mai stata meglio dopo una cena negli ultimi 5 mesi !
Staff competente , simpatico ( di quelli che ti fanno proprio venire voglia di ordinare e mangiare col sorriso ) ,
torneremo sicuramente .
