Charming hotel with terrace in the heart of Pienza offering sober and elegant rooms
This charming hotel, located in the heart of Pienza, is housed in an old monastery dating from the 13th century, superbly restored and closely linked to the city's history. The terrace and garden overlooking the surrounding countryside contribute to the beauty and tranquility of the area. Sober and elegant, the rooms breathe the past, whatever their category. The swimming pool is available to guests from late May to mid-September. In short, a magical place!

Gorgeous hotel with amazing views. I would recommend paying more for a room with a view as opening your windows onto the local landscape is an experience not to be missed.

Ho soggiornato la sera di sabato 30 marzo 2024, la vigilia di Pasqua, ed era rimasta libera solo la “suite”; quindi comprensibile che abbia dovuto pagare 239 euro. Purtroppo, per dormire una sola, notte la suite non ci ha dato nessun vantaggio, così come il giardino bellissimo e panoramico, ma inutilizzabile date le condizioni meteorologiche. La camera era abbastanza bella e il personale dell’albergo è stato gentile, ma ho dormito malissimo. Il letto aveva un materasso evidentemente progettato per persone obese. Con me che sono di corporatura normale non cedeva per niente ed è stato come dormire su una tavola, con la schiena inarcata verso l’alto. Il letto non era neppure in piano e pendeva di lato, e scricchiolava forte se solo mi giravo, disturbando l’altra persona. Un incubo più che un sonno. E, se non si dorme bene, tutti gli altri pregi e servizi diventano secondari. In conclusione, suite sconsigliabile se siete di corporatura normale e vi danno fastidio gli scricchiolii.

Tutto perfetto ma c'è un errore nel sito ufficiale in quanto nella suite il frigobar non è compreso.
