Siena has its own Grom store. The house crema goes fast, but nougat, pistachio, hazelnut and coffee are just some of the flavors for which it is renowned. To produce its ice creams, Grom uses only seasonal fruit, ingredients rich in flavor and only carob flour as a natural thickening agent. They are also fairly light (between 15 and 18% fat). If you go in summer, try the Cassata siciliana (fresh sheep's ricotta, candied citron, lemon and orange), available this season.

Un délice !! Le choix des parfums est immense, on aimerait pouvoir les goûter tous. Attention la ligne. La boutique est sympa.
