Philosophy: a simple cuisine with little elaboration to enhance the raw material and its freshness, combining it with seasonal vegetables and fruits, such as mushrooms or truffles. It is a real pleasure to see the dishes come out, well presented, with a touch of personal creativity. Nicoletta, the chef, manages to express herself as best she can through her recipes.
