Founded in the village square of Strada in Chianti (where it still stands today!), this family-run business has been making pasta since 1893. This is what we call a pastificio here. For five generations, Fabbri has worked with the finest ancient Italian wheat. Their preferred pasta format: spaghetti, considered one of Italy's best! You can learn more about this craftsmanship in the museum housed within the pastificio.
